I know this is not a AP bug but when im loading Pokemon Black/White 2 with desmume it takes 6-10 minutes before its loading the game. The size of most other games are 256MB and it took never so long to load a game. These two games are 512MB when extracted. Someone have a ''solution'' to load faster?

 

How is your hardware ?

Mine takes about 40-50sec to load the rom on desmume but i'm using the JIT build latest from http://www.emucr.com/search/label/NDS?&max-results=12

 

How to fix nearly every problem

- If using Wood R4, turn off soft reset and cheats
- Use a clean ROM if your firmware has fixed the ROM, a patched ROM if not
- Use the latest firmware for you cart (Wood R4: 1.4.9, AKAIO: 1.9.0) - For AKAIO use the latest loaders
- Test your ROM on DeSmuME. If it doesn't work, possibly you have a corrupted game

New improved all in one cheat fix for each PMB/W2 (JPN) - All in one code fix .

No$zoomer Enable EX0 and EX5 only

1. Set no$gba to load from, Reset/Startup Entrypoint / Start Cartridge directly , Then save settigns with emu .
2. Close down and startup No$Zommmer , Then add cheat to Other(H) / Cheat (C)
3. Once cheat is added as action replay RAW format enable it, Then do a Soft reset File(F) - Reset(R)
4. PS Also make sure only EX0 and EX5 is on in Other(H) - EXTRA = EX0 and EX5

Patched or UN-patched I cant get this game to boot. ive turned the soft re-set, cheats and bypass AP off and on but every time I try and boot this game my card just says loading and never changes. It does the same thing with pokemon conquest too, patched or unpatched.
Never had this problem before.
Im using an official Acekard 2i firmware 1.9.0 but i have tried 1.8.9z too.
Can anyone help please?

 

No problem , Also Do Note if you enable the cheat to fast and the game loads the save file will not be there to use, A "softreset after cheats is enabled" at all times and your save will be there, all the time - hope this helps incase.

PS: Also you can disable the EX5 after the game has loaded pass the freeze part to speed-up emulation.

 

Still freezing on 3D black kyurem showed up I disabled EX5


but when save game loaded EX5 disabled, it works, faster,,

You don't disable EX5 until you get to actual gameplay..

I hate the Library internat !lol that image was classed as in sensor "Pornography" ??? no way.

I have tried the codes and so far it has worked fine. However, when I reached castelia sewers, it always crashes when performing a double battle with Hugh. Anyone else experienced this problem? Any way to fix this? Thanks in advance. I'm playing via no$zoomer.

 

Sorry i don't play through the game, But if you upload your save file... maybe we can test it at the same point for you and let you know.

 

I have found a temporary solution for this, I just used a no encounter code and all went fine. It seems that the translation patch was causing the crash(not entirely sure about this though) Thanks for the help anyway. I appreciate it.
