The GameCode for a (U) version rom should end with E

Like VTDE

(E) roms end with either V are P

Status: Works so far, managed to get into the Start Menu when the tutorial calls for it.

 

Works on WOOD R4 - 1.21 (The cracked rom)

Open your ROM with a hex-editor and check the top right corner

 

wait so how to make a patch with these codes?

 

Nothink to do with the codes - that just to check if you have the correct version -

Both cracked and non cracked rom will have the same game code are ID

Then you know to use the UPS patcher to make one patch for the clean rom - with the patched rom

Basicly you need the untrimed (U) cracked rom and clean (U) rom to make a patch

So when's the AP supposed to kick in? I just skipped like the first 6 cutscenes and chose my path.....starting to follow a man in black hood atm....

EDIT* I read something bout the part where you're supposed to use START....I'm past that part, is the AP supposed to be kicking in right when I press the START or when I'm messing with the menus as instructed in the game?

 

Running fine on desmume 0.9.6 64-bit version. The only problem is that the reload bars for the commands are missing.

 

At what part did it froze for ya with Wood? So far so good for me. (messing with the matrix on START menu).

 

If you have an already cracked ROM they should be no problem anyway lol!

Retro should in his next update - the (J) rom was already fixed

I can only get so much of the extinfo.dat and infolib.dat data
