I tryed! did not worked! And a lot of people, like @Kaniem and @Chinglee42, gets the same problem as me.. on TTMenu freezes on load.. and YSMenu gets an error 4..

 

so for the m3 fix, ds real i have 4.8f firmware, so i read the ysmenu readme and on b method install, i just copy the ysmenu.nds to my nds folder, only that for method b install?

so can i still keep my m3 ds real 4.8f frimware and run ysmenu at the same time, no atuoboot ysmenu and i would like to keep my existing frimware.

 

=/ Thought i had it working on my r4i SDHC. it gave me the camelot screen on the bottom then black screened :/ i'll be here for awhile LOL.

 

I tries this but all I get is "MENU?" when I turn on my ds.

yes, i used to get that freeze on white screen too. remember to use the NEW ttmenu.nds and not the old one. spell them diferently, or erase the old one completely. and remember the ttmenu FOLDER goes to root, not to roms folder

btw, i was on a 4gig lexar micro sd card. pretty cheap.

Placing something on the root of the SD card simply means placing it right in the beginning, as in not inside any folders or anything.

 

What i meant before is the card didnt boot (was stuck on loading). Same thing happened with this method you just presented aswell.

 

when i save and come back it says save data corrupt and it loses all my data after the tutorial on saving.

 

I tryed this: Formatted the SD, Installed original firmware and then extracted the TTmenu in root folder, renamed TTmenu to .nds and turn on my DS.. But when i select the TTmenu.nds, the loading still forever

i am thinking that all stuff are depending on the R4 card.. My card worked fine with the configuration i posted..
I am very sorry for not being able to help you.. I think the solution is wait for a new patched rom.. But dont give up, keep trying anything..

I wrote a message to the R4 ultra team, becouse they are lazy or something...i don't want to wait an other year to get the new firmware...
AND!!!
Why can't someone extract the english language things from the rom and inject is to the japanese rom? :S
I know it's not that easy, but it's possible.
And...if the cards like acecard can ignore the AP...than why can't those teams make an AP patch?
Maybe i have to buy an other FlashCart :S
Pls someone tell me a list about the best card that actualy HAVE a support team not like R4 ultra team.
(sry guys but your every new game since 2009 is able to detect the r4 ultra chip...so it's not worth to use that one)

Just tried with R4 using Wood v1.18 on a DS Lite.
Black screen after loading.

 

is that a real R4 card?
do you have the latest firmware?
becouse i seen something like 2010 formware for R4 :O

 

@myshadowz at first of all, whats the version of your card?(original, R4 schd, R4 gold, upgrade...)

For some clones of R4, even Wood v1.18 or TTMenu isnt working..
Test your old games, if you get another black screen, your R4 is a clone..

 

It's an original I got. I tested every one of my games and they work.
But even before I tried the lolcatz GSD rom, I formatted my 2GB Sandisk micro SD.
Still a black screen...
I believe I have the latest firmware. I downloaded Wood v1.18 yesterday. Do I need the latest R4 firmware as well? (I'm assuming that's the DS DAT file)

 

anyone know if there's a fix for no$GBA or no$zoomer?
