Oh yeah. I also like rap and hip hop. Nothing gangsta though. I like Asheru. Things that deal with social issues, like Persian hiphop.

I am living proof that music doesn't have any effect on you. I listened to the neuromancer intro for two and a half hours straight (its a neverending track).

I like poetry too. It's just music is a lot more interactive. Pianos and flutes and drums and guitars and bells...

i thought the mp3 might have some sort of AI that makes it go forever with different combinations of instruments and melodies and riffs.

becauses its tracked rather than waveform. Music is usually recorded as a waveform, which stores the frequencies and wave shapes in the music and then reproduces them when its played back. Tracked music stores the notes in sequence (midi and sid are tracked formats) and then special software plays them back. Tracked formats take up much less storage space, but requires sequencing to play it back. The sequencing software I use loops the tracks infinitely, and with neuromancer you cant tell where the track loops because its completely seamless.

    Oh, that's pretty cool.

Anyway, I'm sure that listeners of Boys like Girls were metrosexual romantics before they started listening...

What kind of music Gavrilo Princip liked to listen probably doesn't factor in with his assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, either, I'm pretty sure.

extract the archive, run the sidplayw program and open the .sid file. Be warned that the US military/intelligence service use this track as tortu..err 'interrogation ambience'. Probably anyway.
