As a matter of fact, the entire game is epic.

I like the classics such as Secret of Mana--Dark Lich, Chrono Trigger--Inside Lavos, Final Fantasy VI-- Dancing Madness which is at the end but there are many more in this game as well(aka 3 in America), Gradius III--The Volcanic place, Super Metroid--Ridley Battle, Megaman X--Sigma Battle, Star Fox--Titania Level, Donkey Kong Country 1 & 2--King K. Kruul or whatever his name was, and Super Mario RPG--Bowser's Keep.

 

Castlevania - Vampire Killer

And pretty much any music from Metroid is good.

 

Song of Storms. Hands down, best Zelda tune ever.

 

At the minute I think its the battle theme in persona 4
