The Immortal One from Lost Odyssey.

I think there might be an ever worse one in Lost Odyssey... I haven't done the DLC for it.

 

Another annoying boss is Seymour from FFX.

I hate him and his Multi-Fira spells.

 

Any boss in an RPG that your MEANT to lose to is annoying, like the ones in Suikoden Tierkreis where your only meant to survive, STOP MAKING ME WASTE MY ITEMS!

As for the hardest boss... Dunno, I don't usually find bosses "hard", I struggle more when confronted with hundreds of weaker enemies.
But when i was... bout 8 I think, I struggled a LOT on almost all the bosses in BAttletoads: battlemaniacs (well... not so much the pig, that damn rat was the hardest imo)

 

he is simple. beat him on proud or whatever the hardest mode was.

what i do? air glide (max level) air combo him. when you can't then glide away. if he comes at you with his combo or whatever. use your trinity limit to break his move. you should have elixirs as well. or i think its elixirs. the one that heals your mp and hp. save those when your about to die. might take a couple try on the harder mode but it'll work.

I agree.I have to repeat 3 times to beat this game..
because of there are no save option during the final chapter of the game( i mean after you entered the tower),and the problem with blackout at my place..

 

the hardest boss I would say is Ultimecia from FF8 only hard boss in any of the FF series well as a last boss anyways but a lil tip to make her easier GEt Eden!!!!!!!! talso finish getting bahamuts card and also from very beginning make sure you have card mod use it on bahamut card and recieve 99 megalixirs and spam megalixirs and eden till eden dies then use aura MANY MANY times and use lionheart move (with Lion Heart gunblade) and every turn remember to use megalixirs or she rappors yous

 

Got to hate that annoying third dungeon Boss in LTTP.

Wasn't really hard but getting knocked off was kind... really irritating to me.

 

Sephiroth in FF7 at the end was very annoying. He would cast his super nova spell and it had a cut scene you can't skip and it is like 2 minutes long. Then its damage was huge as well. It was almost instant death for my characters if they are at full health. I beat him on my first try though. Took me almost an hour. I was almost dead too. All my hp and mp potions and stuff was gone.

Another annoying boss is Wesker in Resident Evil 5. When you shoot at him he dodges the bullets.

 

The most annoying boss is Browser from Super Mario Bros. STOP JUMPING, DAMMIT!

All the bosses from Touhou Project are hard... except for Cirno. She's stupid.

 

He wasn't that bad as long as you had the ability to breath underwater (Morph the Ghost Ship into an Item for it, not a glitch, it was an actual quest). And if you remembered that his Airetam storm did 1111xNumber of Materia you had equipped.

But of course, I used Final Attack - Phoenix Summon.

The Shadow Kanji and Shadow Mitsuro from persona 4. I fought many times against them before finally winning. That Mitsuro just kept building up his wall(jackass)
