    As for abilities, well...nothing special, though Anandjones may have more "adult" privileges unlocked depending on country (not sure how it goes at NZ) and sheer luck :)



    And I do hope the facial puberty doesn't start to go into overdrive at this point :(

    Well, he can go have sex legally, and drive without someone breathing down his neck. That about sums up that year of my life in NZ as well, come to think of it.

    Driving laws are 15 for the Learner's License, 16 for the Restricted and Full. Restricted doesn't require anyone in a vehicle with you, but there are limits on taking people without Fulls and on the times you can drive.

    Happy birthday to Moderasian and Anandjones

    In this country, you can get a provisional driving license at 16, This allows you to drive providing there is someone in the car with you (someone who has had a full driving license for at least 5 years) and you are not allowed on motorways. You must have at least 11 (hours of) driving lessons before you can take your driving test, and assuming you pass all three parts, you then get your full license. You then have to have one further (2 hour) lesson before you are allowed to drive on motorways.

    Actually I feel quite young...

    (Just so we can't argue who gets happy birthday first, I ripped up a piece of paper and split it into two, I wrote your names down and gave them to someone to scrunch up and hold behind their back, without tell me what hand they were in. Anandjones was picked first). :p
