Lol. In the Edmonton Sun Paper, there was a poll that asked if they wanted to make it a law so people vote. If that ever happened, people who are able to vote would likely either guess the vote or vote for Green Party or Communist Party. Not that it's too bad, I'd like for them to atleast have one seat for once, but forcing people to vote is honestly worse than them not voting. Silly. The poll about asking if anyone paid for sex was much better imo. In regards to the election, Jack Layton got my vote as I can't either Harper or Ignatieff at the moment. If NDP did win though, I think there would be a minority government. I wouldn't mind Harper again though. Ignatieff seems too much like a fucking idiot in my eyes, I can't stand the guy.
What's with purple elephants these days? Flying through people walls, taking their cookies and not paying for the damages...
People that write shite articles: http://listverse.com/2011/04/27/10-video-games-that-impacted-gaming/ WTF? Halo over doom? Starcraft over Dune 2? I think this guy is 20 tops and never even seen an atari 2600. And best of all is this quote: This game from Nintendo started gaming. I know there was the atari and other systems prior to, but Mario made all games what they are today. How did that retard get a job writing games articles.
See, the thing about lists is that they're subjective. For example, I wouldn't put Doom over Wolfenstien and I wouldn't put Dune 2 in a top 10 list, but that's just me.
So does anybody think that that is a fine article, the author has a good knowledge of gaming and that list is indeed the 10 games that have had the most impact on gaming?
I found the article to be amazingly accurate. The author shows vasts amount of experience in the world of gaming. I value their opinion on this matter highly.
No its a mini rant in the mini rant thread. Sure... So back to my rant
This game from Nintendo started gaming. I know there was the atari and other systems prior to, but Mario made all games what they are today.
How did that retard get a job writing games articles.
Arguably the biggest impact on competitive e-sports thus far. I know the Counter Strike and Unreal and even the Street Fighter kids will bitch and moan about it, but seriously. When someone makes a documentary about the most influential player in Starcraft and there are entire channels dedicated to it, you kinda know that it's the biggest competitive videogame ever.
