I was using the (U) version. I have not tried reformatting my card and then trying fresh with Ysmenu. I'll try that when I boot into Linux later tonight, and get back to you with the results.

 

I've been trying to find a working version of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story but I've tried both the USA and Euro versions and it doesn't work on my TTDS card. And as well I'm not a hacker so I'm hopeless at patching a game. If u manage to successfully patch a working version for TTDS, I'd be entirely grateful. Thanx. ???

 

Could please someone upload a Pre-Patched Version? I've got a Macintosh, so I can't 'patch' it...

 

After reformatting it, redownloading Ysmenu and M&L:BIS, I've figured out what was wrong. It seems Ysmenu is really picky about subfolders and stuff - so make sure that you put the rom file directly inside the Games folder. It gets messy, I know. But it seems that's the only way.

 

Did it work for you though?

 

any dstt user solves their problem by following the guidance on page 1? mine can't seems to work, eventhough with the instruction... care to enlighten?

 

will someone make a patch for r4i gold 1.30 please.(for mario and luigi:BIS)

im pretty sure its an original as it supports all versions of kernel (yeah i checked) and most games work on it even the patched version of kh 358/2.

 

The ysmenu files then should be put onto a formated microsd chip, but the game dose have to be in usa (U) version as a clean 128MB rom

well it might not be. whats the difference between sdhc and original? im kind of a noob at this.

 

Ysmenu will not work with R4sdhc

But R4sdhc can suport upto a 32gb microsd sdhc card, A original R4 can only suport a 2gb basic microsd card

oh then mines an original. ive checked if its real or fake and apperantly its a real genuine original but why wont ysmenu work?

1. format your card
2. open winrar arcive, and drag and drop all files from arcive onto your microsd card, place your games in games folder, put sdcard back in R4
3. Put back into your DS and run

It dose work for me!, If all failes it just might be your card... are you using a 2gb microsd card only in a original R4?

extinfo.dat is the file included in DSTT menu 1.17a07, which fixes games with anti-piracy such as Mario and Luigi - Bowser's Inside Story and Chrono Trigger. It is updated as more anti-piracy fixes are made
