    Just thought I'd point out: this particular YSMenu does not work on some R4 clones (like my III) without a few modifications. You'll need to grab YSMenu.nds and DLDI patch it. Then copy everything except for _ds_menu.dat from YSMenu.rar to the root of your card, along with your patched YSMenu.nds. After that, just boot up your card, run YSMenu.nds, and then load the ROM (unpatched).

    For DLDI patching, I'm using DLDIrc, available from here: http://dldi.drunkencoders.com/index.php?title=DLDI_Right_Click

    IIRC, the installer automatically finds the necessary DLDI patches for most devices.

    Well It works! But i had a problem with the DLDI. When i've launched YSmenu.nds. It say wrong DLDI name which i randomly downloaded from google and from some link. Still searching hard for the correct DLDI patch.


    r4dldi.dat or ttdldi.dat ?

    Well its for r4dldi.dat.

    Research and found out the patch the DLDI(V0.32), do i do the following correctly?
    1) open dlditool32.exe
    2) now im stuck? which dldi file do i use?
    3) Binaries ( to use your ysmenu.nds i downloaded from one of the above).
    4) drag and drop the dldi file created and play?

    M3 mini SD is also a clone from R4. How can I make it work there?

    WELL. i Don't know i did something wrong or what. No matter how many times i tried. I always got this error " Unsupported DLDI Name" for don't know how many times. Are there any steps i did wrongly? Or i'm just plain stupid :'(

    From what I see in you posts ~ It seems the files aren't right ~

    When I made my YSMenu from here the dldi files were.....r4tf.dldi and r4dldi.dat ~

    It should have "both" these files ~ Not just the one r4dldi.dat ~

    Don't know if this helps ~

    Works absolutely perfectly for me on my original R4, and the "Save + Quit" option works fine for me too.
    Thanks to everyone who made this possible. :)

    One other quick, yet slightly off-topic question, I got YSMenu so I could play this game but it's interface is all white and boring whereas most I've seen are a LOT better looking than the R4's original firmware...any help there? Thanks in advance!

    I'm using no$gba and when i choose the new save fil it says the rom image has been crashed any1 know how to solve this?

    Well I don't know how to show images here. Wish i could show. I have r4tf.dldi and r4dldi.dat in my folder. Might as well list out what i have ( I tried the long method from triassic911) but still doesn't work. Spend 2 hours on it but still fail :'(
