Did some more testing with the new DSTT firmware + YsMenu.

Here's what I found: I got to the first save book, and was able to save perfectly (no freezing issues). Loading the game was also perfect with no freeze.

The only problem I've run across is that "Saving and Quitting" (IE: Going back to the main menu screen) caused a white screen of death. But I don't think that's too much of a problem.

I've got a standard R4ds sdhc clone. gonna try it on mine. ill report my findings soon.

I'm trying the way its stated on the first page, but all that patching and making stuff work on other stuff is making my head spin.

I guess I'm not made for this.

YSMenu doesn't work for me......
I have a R4DS Card, and I can't select a file...
(it's a clean rom...)

There is a entire step for step guide at my first link just add the 2 things i posted to it and its easy, let me post it again for you:

If you follow the steps, there should be no problem At the moment, i'm playing it on my R4 and haven't encountered any problem yet. Thanks go to the people who made the unnoficial dsst software

p.s. at step 3 where you have to download the R4 DLDI, you have to put it in the same map as the DLDI patching tool at first, after that you have to put it in the folder where you extracted the ysmenu files otherwise it will not make the r4patch.dat

Oh and don't forget to delete your old firmware!

@Jhon591: You know what I'll do? I'll try out if this works tomorrow, and then I will post my findings on Ysmenu+r4v1.18+Moonshll2.05 that you posted here earlier, oke? Maybe that will work for some other r4ds users as well

got the game working for R4DS Original English with 1.18 installed YSMENU if you need any help lets not spam the forum and go on the romulation irc i will be in there helping anyone out for now .

Well I tried everything from scratch and followed the instructions and no it doesn't let me select a save file.

I'll go ask in the IRC then !

sigh new guys need to start somewhere toooo : P but fine just so we dont flood irc here is my firmware with ysmenu created this was built on r4ds 1.18 English just put everything in the rar file on your sd card. it should ask to replace ds_menu say yes

Sorry if this was already discussed, I looked through alot of the posts, but is there, or will there be, a fix for EZ Flash V?

I tried it and nothing really has changed. It will advance to the save select screen but I can't choose the save file and begin playing. It won't freeze but I can't select anything.

Also a sidenote: I noticed that it could boot GBA files. Is that true? does this mean slot-1 gba support?
