I think the same could be said for any NDS game that makes the top of a list, there are always people that have games they feel are much better. I may tend to agree that there are better games out there (especially since snakers have dominated and ruined WiFi play), but MKDS is still a great game. I would guess that it most DS gamers out there own this title - it may not have been around with the DS launch, but it was one of the first out with the WiFi service launch - and that probably has something to do with it's bloated rank on scoreboards. Like I said though, it's a great game and it doesn't bother me at all that it's at the top.
