Maple Story DS

i hate maple story
but it's good that it got out on ds ( for ppl who like the game
, not for me)
i wonder if they will make rakion for ds ???

 

MSDS is gonna suck. hard. MS was fun for a month, then the kiddy monsters and crappy quests (and lack of imagination) just didn't seem to cut it. but RAGNAROK on the other hand, I JUST EXPLODED WITH HYPE.

MapleStory is one word, not Maple Story. It's a common mistake; it even says MapleStory on their website. Even though I've given up MapleStory a while ago, I'd like to try out the DS version when it comes out in English. The super deformed style of MapleStory itself already makes me feel that the game is too childish. Mix that with snails and mushrooms as enemies and frozen fish, umbrellas, and pumpkin baskets as weapons, and you've got one hell of a game fit for a five year old. :-\

 

I hope they emulate NDS to good extent when it comes out...

Hehe... I play Mapletory alot. The video looks almost exactly like the PC version.

Yes there is, I also used to have a level 102 crusader or i dunno on it(my bro gave it to me)
And there also is a online Ragnarok games which all of you definitely know.

Yeah 2nd quarter of 2008 And Ragnarok the 4th quarter of 2008. They'll probably release Ragnarok after January 2009 I think. Because it isn't even sure how long it will take to translate.

 

Isn't Ragnarok an entirely other series?

 

I'm not sure... But I know that there was a airship in FFVIII that was named Ragnarok by default.

Hey is Maple Story DS gonna have to be Wi-Fi all the time you are playing it or can you play offline as well?

 

Good question. I guess so, since it's an online game. But I'm not sure.

 

MapleStory DS will obviously be offline.

Nah I don't think so since it's an adaption of the online game. But yeah I guess it's possible.
