Well there are plenty of eroge out already which allows you to use uhh..."Object Recognition" and "Physical Add-Ons" to help the experience of being with a girl in the game.

It's funny, this is the first piece of knowledge I literally ran into when I started browsing .jp sites (fluent in Japanese). Ironically I hate eroge. :X
