Male rape (by a woman or women of course), is it an actual crime?

well it can be use as a defense againts the women who got pregnant.

Of course its RAPE! If it was a old women raping a 16 year of guy then ITS RAPE! I understand the definition of rape having sex if you dont want to is RAPE! Seriously it shouldnt matter if its a man or women if your having sex with them and they dnt want it THEN DUH its rape! and why shouldnt a man call out rape? It doesnt make him gay or anything! honstely.

Yes, it's a crime. No matter which way you look at it, if he doesn't want it but she does and takes it, it's rape. And before someone says "But 1f h3 g0t 4 b0n3r th4t m3nt h3 w4ntd 1t l0l." There's a thing called viagra and I think it's safe to say that guys have gotten erections without them wanting it. I know I have. Most annoying thing to get, ever.

It would probably end up as just sex unless it's an incredibly "STAY AWAY FROM ME" kind of girl, for whatever reason. Or if you're a guy who's "saving" himself. Or whatever.

 

Being pinned down and that, it would be quite rough, although it constitutes as rape and is found out what would be the cases if somebody did not want to press charges?

Rape is not exclusive to women but is also applied to men. However, rape is more commonly done to women because the human social structure is built around men being dominant. This means that women are more likely to be taken advantage of. Since our social structure is slowly changing, women are now given more control over society so today. It is still rare to hear of men being raped by women as well as other men but it can happen and it is considered a crime.

Nah seriously though, if a giant fat woman that smells like armpit, feet, and tuna, forced me to have the sex with her....It'd be rape. The chances of a female rapist being that far out of my league are pretty slim though. 99.9% of the time, I'd probably just pretend to not like it, in fear of her stopping, of course. Also most men wouldn't enjoy foreign objects being shoved in their various...holes. That also would qualify as rape.

It would also be difficult for a man to proove he was raped by a woman. She would more than likely walk away with the evidence in her... There would be no proof unless rectal damage was done to the man by foreign objects...or finger nails.

Either way, rape is a crime when one being has the sex with another against their will. This counts for male vs femal, female vs male, male vs chicken, female vs horse, cat vs mouse, and even me vs your mother. It's all rape.
