Male rape (by a woman or women of course), is it an actual crime?

You don't see alot of it because no one cares, people automatically think that a man whining that he was raped is either a pussy or is gay. No offense there but our male chauvenist society has made it that such a thing is seen as nothing to fret about :-\

 

Societies now are corrupted and terrible, people aren't as nice anymore and some people are too embarrassed to say things anymore

 

like people were nicer in times past where superstition hate(i.e. witch hunts), racism, slavery, rape and plundering were completely legal and not frowned upon

 

No they were bad times too, it's basically the 70's through to the mid 90's that seem like they had nicer societies

i'm sure it happens loads it just doesn't get reported because who would want to admit they got raped by a woman or a man. same with domestic violence in the way of a woman beating a man, happens all the time and can sometimes be much worse (damage wise) then a man beating a woman but you don't get to see anything close to the real statistics cause it doesn't get reported.

 

Well technically rape is just forcibly inserting an object into another person, it doesn't even ave to be sexual, like i saw an episode of law and order where some guy would cut one person's eyeball out and put it into another person, he was charged for rape lol

 

yes men can be raped but as stated it is less likely of being reported because most men would not admit it unless there were deep seeded emotional issues that the man needed to have heard and gotten off his chest. most men would be too ashamed to say I got raped, the ridicule and plus most people wouldn't be as likely to believe a man if he said that .

It'll get aroused whether the man watches pornographic material or if it is stimulated by touch. Women, for example, can be raped by men for sure. Women could rape other women too. The law doesn't say who can't be raped. That would be a sexual stereotype. The law protects all individuals, and it shouldn't exclude itself based on race, religion, ethicity, or sex. If a man walks into a police station and claims he got raped, chances are the officer on duty will look at him with a blank stare. If a woman were to do it on the other hand, the officer would be willing to take a statement. That kind of situation is what you would typically expect. But think about IF a man approaches a female officer and claims he got raped. I am sure the situation would be different in that instance. Not every man is physically superior to a woman. If the public doesn't understand that, then there should be a major wake up call.

 

men can also be raped by men or even by a woman, you'll never know. It doesn't say that only women can be raped. Anyone can be when they are forced into sexual activities.

 

well officially if he doesnt consent its rape. but i find it hard to believe that a judge would have any sympathy for a guy getting raped. how is he actually damaged?? "your honor, she blew me!!" i dont think so. unless there are weird circumstances, its basically a bullshit crime.

it is a funny topic though because when a woman is raped, that could be MAJOR jailtime.

I think you haven't even read most of the posts on here, there are already alot of "circumstances" where it can be considered rape that I, mostly said.

1. You were drugged & was raped
2. You were raped & a video of you being raped was made
3. You are a homosexual & a crazed woman infatuated with you wanted you so bad that she raped you.

Seriously, before any of you say things like being raped by a woman is odd or even kinky, get off your male chauvensitic asses & start viewing this as something beyond your fantasies...

i believe i started my post with if he doesnt consent its rape, so we AGREE. i was just making the point that unless its something such as being drugged, its gonna be hard to get half as much sympathy as a woman would from a judge or jury.

 

Okay. One of the main reasons a friend of mine said men can't be raped by women is because in the court of law a lot of women are given really easy sentences when it comes to this or something that the women did something to a man. I personally would think if a man is bound (mostly he is due to the women not wanting him to beat her up or get away) and he hasn't consented it obviously its rape but even if it went to court shes going to get barely anything while if a man did it it would be so much worse for him. If I am wrong about this please tell me I don't like having bad info.

If a guy says that he would like to have her and she claims that's her defense for doing it then she is stupid. What if a man did that would he be charged with the Crime. I bet he would. To me the united states doesn't take things involving women very seriously when the violated one is a man. I mean its like this for all the cases of women vs men (where the man is a victim.) Once again i type way too much lol.

i don't know if that's possible with men?!

maybe if a girl sodomizes the guy and forces him to eat his own shit or cum, then maybe that's some sort of male rape. if you look at prison, a man gets raped by another man and it can traumatize him. i believe if a girl were to sodomize or anally violate a man is probably male rape.

 

Why does raping a man have to be so evil to do when you can simply drug or even more simply get him drunk and then have sex with him. If a woman is drunk and the male is not even if the woman says yes it can still be consider rape due to her not being a in her own state of mind due to being drunk. So it would work vise visa least i hope. If i am wrong about this please tell me lol.
