Male rape (by a woman or women of course), is it an actual crime?

Rape by definition is the act or acts of taking advantage of an individual or group of individuals by another individual or group of individuals to forcibly take something of value. This however usually refers to forcibly eliciting sex from somebody, again usually from a woman or women by a man or men.

Just because it's always men raping women that gets reported on the news it doesn't necessarily mean that men can be raped by women, right? So, is there such a thing as woman insinuated rape? I mean, if it was unwarranted by a man to have sex with a woman, say being raped by a woman when he was drunk or drugged, wouldn't that count as rape?

Sure the current social stigma is that men do not loose anything in a sexual encounter & that the whole virginity issue only applies to women for two obvious reasons, the first is that there is a very evident proof of a woman loosing her virginity which involves a part of her genitalia & the less evident but also obvious reason of pregnancy. And men have nothing physical to prove their virginity except maybe an unwanted case of STDs or other venerreal diseases they could have gotten from eliciting sex.

But still, if it was very much unwarranted by a man, couldn't he cry rape? ???

probably not, although in terms of emotional damage a man could suffer just as much as a woman, although a man would be much less likely to make a fuss about it.

That's true, but a man could still make a case out of it. Male rape is becoming more and more common. If a man is raped by a woman, it is still a crime.

Yes it's a crime of course, the word rape implies that it was against the man's will, so obviously it's a crime. Now would a man be unwilling? Naturally that would depend on the woman but the chance is smaller naturally.

That's also one of the problems, social ridicule. See, if a man says a woman raped him, everybody would laugh about it. Or, people might give out hurtful remmarks (to the man, the victim), like, maybe she was ugly or fat or something in those lines that's why he didn't like her. But this goes for women who were raped as well, they get ridiculed just the same, usually even worse.

And thanks guys (seph & loony) for not locking this thread straight away, I thought it might not be PG-13 appropriate when I was typing my initial post.

all rape is a crime, no matter who rape who. Most men dont mind getting rape by woman (i know all my friend wont mind if they get rape by a girl). Those who mind getting rape is most likely have some issue on thier own like Men with huge ego (feel helpless because he was rape by a woman) or Men who loyal to wife (feel like he was cheating on his wife).

however rape wasnt all about sex, rape is also a way to force thier will power on others (i'm the master, you the slave thing), example of this kind of rape is child abuse and prison rape.

If im not mistaken, "rape" must involve sexual intercourse where there must be insertion. And in order for insertion to occur, the male wast want to have sex to be able to erect so technically a male cant be raped. They can only be molested

Because, you know, everyone has perfect control over the erectile state of their penis 100% of the time.

    Also, lolsodomy.

OK, getting a bit uncomfortable not so PG-13-ish here, but forced oral sex also apllies to rape. Especially if it involves Pedophilia.

by definition any form of rape is a crime.
but male wouldn't want free sex from a female.

i think there is a misconception of rape between males and females. a males point of view of male rape is probably the view of a female rape, the idea of vaginal or anal sex which represents male dominance and power over an individual. but in terms of a female, it's probably a different view point that attributes to a females desire as "dominance". i wouldn't know what that dominance would be as there is little male rape that occurs. but i do believe that it's dominance is sexual humiliation or rather depriving of their sexuality. with that concept, we can conclude sodomy as one order. the others i wouldn't know.

If you meant to say, which male wouldn't want free sex from a female? Then the answer is: Plenty.

Let's think about this throughly. We think that a woman raping a man is hot because in our heads the female is going to be hot. However, in reality that is not the case. If a woman needs to rape a grown man then there is something really messed up with her. Which is why she was not having "legit" sex with someone else in the first place. This could be for a series of reasons: Age, diseases, mental problem, etc. Think about it, if a nice looking girl (doesn't have to be gorgeous, just decent) just said to a group of guys: come at me any way you want, then the line would be endless. Therefore, if the woman had to or would rape a man is because there is something really wrong with her and nobody will touch her because of it. So in the end, going back to the original question, there are plenty of men who would not like free sex unless is from their wife, girlfriend, really close friend, etc. Reason being: if he was raped, it means he did not want to sleep with her anyway.

By the way, this whole thing applies for guys raping girls too. Except maybe the "come at me any way you want" part.

So yes, whether is a man or a woman, rape is a crime .

The "law" should go both ways. Rape is rape is forced sexual intercourse. Note the word "forced" here. If you like it, and it's not against your will, it's not rape. You're retarded if you actually liked it and still call the cops on the "rapist".

lol, there is actually a running joke here about that:

A nun was being mugged by a male mugger. She then began shouting "Rape! Rape!" Surprised the mugger tells the nun that he was only after her valuables. The nun then replies, "I was only giving a suggestion".

Bloodvayne is correct in saying that "the law" should start looking both ways in regard to rape claims, but sadly that may take a while in our male chauvenist dominated society to take effect.

Of course it's an actual crime, although it would be harder for a woman to get somebody and it would most likely be a fat chick or somebody with STI's, I wouldn't like to be pinned down and squashed by a fat woman or an AIDs sufferer

And Dinah, bondage? Why do you know about these things? XP
