loading games to my dsi

Use WinRAR to extract it, and put the files in your MicroSD card.

 

That's the one you'll want. 1.54

There is two folders.

_SYSTEM_
MOONSHL

There are three important files

_DS_MENU.INI
_DS_MENU.DAT
_DS_MSHL.NDS

All five of these need to go onto the "root" of your MicroSD.

The "HOW TO USE CHEAT.txt" is probably not important, other than you might want to read it if you ever want to use cheats on your card.

 

Do you need moonshell for an R4?

Never owned one...

The R4 and a lot of it's clones have the Moonshell built in to the Firmware by default. You should go ahead and put them with it as well, since there is no real reason not to.
