That's what I said So, since Nintendo & other Game companies exist as "person entities that have no life", the 75 year rule may not be applicable. And since seph said that company entities exist on paper (or on law a database), there's no way for their copyrights to expire.
not while the company continues to exist no, if they go into liquidation then they're dead in legal terms. I think theres clauses in the law accounting for the fact that companies often outlive people.

you are allowed to MAKE roms of games you own, for backup purposes. The 24 hour rule is bullshit, there is no such law. Romsites made that up to make people feel better. Downloading commercial roms is 100% completely and utterly illegal
