    Maybe through genetic engineering (super human soldiers!) And I guess increasing your HP means increasing the durability/ toughness of your skin because no matter how tough you are it usually is fatal should any of your internal organs gets injured.

    Certain animals have very tough hides that they can withstand maybe two or three shots if you do not hit any vital parts

    Wooo! Genetic engineering! Well hp is usually like an energy that prevents their insides being damaged sorta
    So say if we could increase the energy we naturally emit such as static electricity energy for example we could increase our hp
