    how will this stop pirate and another thing is why are you on this site. if they stop the game from being play online it does not stop it from being downloaded and copy from some one to use think man think

    Aw, that's cute that you think your games are your property. You've never bought a game before, no one has. In fact, you bought a LICENSE to play said game. You didn't know that? Try reading one of those huge blocks of text they include with their games that no one ever reads.

    This ban on used games can, and probably will pass. I'm not sure I like it either, but who knows? Maybe they will reduce the price on new games so that people don't abandon gaming.

    Dude he's bloody well right-IT'S ALL ABOUT TEH MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I found this confusing...I do know that current gen games can be pirated.

    And there is already a wii emulator, so you technically CAN pirate a whole console.

    Who said anything about playing the game? The actual physical disc/cartridge and box belongs to me.

    But thats where it gets complicated because I have every right to sell my property.
    Would it be up to the new owner of the disc to not play the game?
