(lang. hack) The Japanese Pokémon HG / SS with official USA language

What if when you apply the patch, it says "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediatly." Below that it says the .NDS file cannot be found. Please Help

 

With this patch, am i able to face others online?

 

can't wait till V.3. I've been using SC DSonei w/EOS and it's been working just fine. just to let you know, sometimes when I fly the animation of the pokemon flying up disappears at the upper part of the screen. It doesn't happen alot though. just wanted to let you know. anyways keep it up!

how can i save my game without my game getting erased

 

just make sure the new game has the same name as it did before. The game and save should match in name.
Eg. -->

PokemonHGSS.nds
PokemonHGSS.sav

Heres what i did.
I downloded the HG (J) and the 1.5v patch.
I tried to apply the patch but the rom could not be found.
Im stuck with out hg or ss
What else can/haven't i done???

because I got an R4i WITHOUT the v1.4 and i can not go to the 1.18b
so i am stuck at 1.09b

and it works with the one i got too

 

Has anyone had trouble with the Gamecorner in Goldenrod? I remember reading it was buggy, but idk..

Everybody in the gamecorner, except the prize lady and choice others, say something along the lines of "Pm me (Raqib12) on Gbatemp.net.. it says the speaker is Raqib12 and that you need to pm a number to him...also, it's impossible to play the games as they will only tell you the aforementioned message.

I've talked with other people who I got the same exact rom for, and they didn't haven any problems like I did.

does the patch work with desmume?

 

I tried the 2.0 patch, some trainer names are glitchy, for example, the twin trainers names in the Celedon city gym was glitchy and had nothing but Question marks.

 

Hey , just made an account here at romulation, ( actually just found out that its the same account from the website and the forum , because i couldn't register at the forum). Anyways ive been following this thread for a while(well really since the day after it was posted on GBATemp) , but never posted anything. I'd just like to say thank you so much for this path , ive played 16 hours already with no freezes. Just beat the eleit four(first try) with really under leveled pokemon( highest being 42), Aerodacyle was SO hard , it seemed he was super effective on all of my pokemon , and Thunderfang ... REALLY? beat him with 62 health on my last pokemon alive my awesome FERALIGATR (no , not Feraligatr) I like what you did with the credits instead of the boring japanese names it added the touch of it being your own. Well, ive got nothing left to say , just wanted to have a first post kinda wrapping up everything ive wnated to say , but never knew how to . Thanks for the hack rykin122

 

Trainer card seems to have some Japanese still on it.

 

There are still a couple of untranslated things. Just for your information....
-Pokedex not all the way complete
-status problems
-Hm thing for pokemon attackes
-Also i just found some random japenese (cant remmember where)
-the mystery gift or something like that is still in spanish

I found it was doing this for me, but once I had the coin case, and bought some money from the lady, I was able to play the slot machines no problem. Make sure you have coins and a coin case first.

 

um is there going to be a v3.0? or is v2.0 the final version of the English patch?
