how can i get my save file from No$ to work on Desmume?

lol nvm figured it out myself file > import backup memory

Desmume 0.9.5 works fine with 2.0 unlike No$

to fix the bad looking lugia when first using desmume go to 3d settings under config and change it from open to the other one.

Don't want to be a douche or anything but is there going to be a release of this patch with no additional bonusses insterted by you, just a pure translation patch (i.e. developed by GAMEFREAK instead of hacked by Rykin122)?

Actually this is for the (J) rom not the (U) rom. Or are you asking if the text from the (G) rom could be patched onto the (J) rom?

If I'm understanding you correctly... then no, only the (U) text is being patched over at this time. He may be able to do the (G) text as well at a later date but I'm not sure. Depending on how much difference there is between the two scripts, it may actually be pretty "easy" to do the German text, but I'm just speculating and not saying I could do it myself.

 

ive found another problem. i decided to restart the game all over again but when i went to put in my name , the text to choose from was still in jap. i used the english part but the font is really weird and bigger than the usual text.will the solution to this be in v3???? cheers ( otherwise, fantastic work rykin122, you are my new best friend) lol

Yes. Or there is a prepatched version on the 1st page. I suggest you get that if you plan on using no$gba.
