Er, I believe most of us just used it to rename pokemon / the trainer because of the 5 character limit.

I prefer earning things too. Only time I ever cheated was in GTA and ...come on, that game is made for cheating. =P

 

I use PokeSav only for Pokemon that are impossible to get, for example event Pokemon and such. Also I used PokeSav to get a Slowking once, but I still downloaded a legit PKM file of someone who obtained the Slowking in a legit way. Generating Pokemon can usually easily be noticed by HP / stats that don't match the Pokemon or level.

 

Why don't you ask someone that he helps you with your work?
It would be much faster.

I guess what I was saying was..... I searched online to find legit places to trade pokemon, and I don't think there is a single site. I just want to find some decent people to play with or trade with that don't cheat their way through the entire game. I am an oldschool gamer, and like I said before, I prefer to earn things in the games I play, rather then just edit some code to get everything.

I agree fully with ya m8, even with Feebas in Platinum who is an utterly pain in the ass to get, i didnt use cheats, no offence o people who like it to get more stuff, but 100% catch rating, all items from the start and so on, just aint my style, way more interesting to actually earn it ;P

By the way, after trying your patch I noticed the Pokedex is still japanese. Are the Pokedex descriptions you get when you capture a Pokemon the only english part? Is the rest of the Pokedex gonna be translated?

I find cheating in games boring and useless.
