Yeah I just beat the Radio Tower in Goldenrod (Rockets) and the head Rocker guy in the observatory was named Apollo instead of Archer. Doesn't bother me at all though.

 

Are you using winRAR, and what error do you get exactly?

 

yh im using winrar and the error is unexpected end of archive. so i guess that means i need to change the end of it but to what?

Damn ! I had problems with the save but now, after 20min or so of playing, I got freezes, twice ! So I have to reset & I lost what I played before freezing.. Like the US version I guess. And, WTF, what am I doing wrong ?
I'm using no$gba 2.6a with no$zoomer + NDS Flash 512Kb (can't save with EEPROM option), someone help ?

By the way, have anyone else faced the all pokemon (so far only tested pokemon on my party) gain boosted EXP? It happend to me after entering pokesav and changing my pokemon names to lower case, that's all I changed. Could it be not it, but pokemon happiness or something? Could someone help me? ^^"

 

No$gba has problem with freezing.
Just save a lot and when it freezes you can load your save

 

Yes, that's because PokéSav doesn't know it's the good name in-game, PokéSav sends something into the save-file to tell the game that the name isn't original, so it looks like it's been traded. Only one solution is ther for this: Keep you badges up to date!

 

In regards to trainer names, the trainers are actually all here if you wouldn't mind using it. Every location in Johto is in the drop-down box, and Kanto is also available.
It would be easier if someone just extracts the names from here as going through the entire game would be tedious. I'd do it myself, but I'm bogged down with homework over the week so I have little time on my hands until the weekend.

I can't use the USA file, because in the USA game the trainer-names arn't in the text file... It only says a lot of "links" to the trainer names, but thnx for helping and I'll check it soon!

 

My badges? What do they have to do with anything o.o
I got four now if it matters, I used pokesav when I had like.. Two?

 

Just wondering Rykin do you fix lots of these anti piracy problems or just for pokemon.

 

If the badges arn't gained and the level of the Pokémon outraises the limit of level of the Pokémon, the Pokémon won't obey anymore...
Example, If you don't have the first badge yet, the Pokémon won't obey after Level 10, but if you HAVE the badge, it obey 'till Level 20!

 

But the translation from the Japanese version wasn't supposed to fix the freezes problems ?
