Just patched Soul Silver (J) using the file linked by Klaimore and its working perfectly so far on m3i Zero with 4.7h (Sakura).

erm rykin... looky here for one sec when u become done the hall of fame recording and stuff...
the prepatched rom makes the whole thing jap again and the patch only doesn't work,,, when i use the patch on my originals it's just black screen and nothing happens

 

I figured out the problem. Sorry guys. It was my fault. I accidentally uploaded the (J) Rom instead of the patched one. My bad
