    Situation question time!

    One day, while happily watching the latest episode of The World God Only Knows II on your lappie, Elsie suddenly leaps out of the screen and appears before you in your room. She then offers to take you into the anime world to live out your fantasy. All she asks is that you offer your right arm and your left eyeball for a soup she's making for her "Kami-sama".

    What do you do?

    Addendum: You see a bottle of chloroform right next to you. Elsie is smoking hot and looks horny.
