    What would in your opinion, be a good direction to go in regarding studies?

    After flunking mechanical engineering so hard it made my head spin, I'm considering other options.

    It depends on the individual. just don't do any 'mickey mouse' qualifications like golf course management or fashion because things like that are of zero use in the real world.

    french, german, a few words of russian, BSL and english.
