Kingdom Hearts 358-2 Days

Hey guys, i just wanted to confirm that: I have an R4i Gold v1.30, and the method that i tried is: Holding the A button at the game selection screen on the R4 Menu until the Black Loading Screen disappears. In simpler terms, i selected Kingdom Hearts 358-2 Days and held the A button until the black loading screen disappears.

I will post back if i encounter anymore problems.

 

Petty nice...that seem that the patch don't work for everybody.... !

 

Does anyone know a firmware that will work with the R4i Gold besides the official one? They haven't updated the site and I'm not sure when they will.

 

r4 gold seems like a waste of $
no upgrades and no game fixes

 

On R4, the clean ROM would freeze after New Game-->Select Difficulty. WinRAR showed an error message when I tried to do the patch. Tried the manual patch and it works perfectly. I'm on the first mission with ne problems so far.

 

i downloaded the already patched one from megaupload and it worked fine on my r4.
i just finished day 8 btw.

 

does anyone know how to make the cheat files work for r4 ultra; using the akaio menu+r4 ultra kernel?

 

I've downloaded it and It seems to work YAY! dont know if it will freeze later in the game, I'll post it if it do.. Thank you very much for your help guys

 

i can confirm that the patcher in the post by littlekill has 100 percent worked on the ttds with the 1.17 firmware, thank you very much i have been trying for a week, and mine is the us version.

 

i can't get dsbuff to work. how did you do it? when i try to unpack the rom all it says is header loaded. p.s. i have tried all the prepatched, unpatched , hold the A button down (which got me past the wake up scene) and patching it myself and can't get past 14th day.i have and r4i gold(r4ids.com) running 1.30 on dsi with 1.4 sytem firmware. and the computer i running it on is brand new (only a few weeks old) with vista. any help to get kindom hearts running on my r4i gold would be much appreciated.

I have Akaio 1.5 and clean rom, but it starts freezing around day 114, I've also formatted the microsd twice. any ideas?

Works on Supercard with a DSi, 8GB sd, manual hex edit as per instructions. Also, realtime save works but I have no probs with normal save so have stopped using it.

Also be sure that when you format you use the Panasonic SD formatter and not the one built into Windows (yes there is a difference).

I did use the panasonic sd formatter and i updated using wifi, but since then i have swapped it from a 4gb to 2gb card and it seems to be running better now. thanks

Is your card locked?

I also had this problem with my Acekard. Then I used another K-H file and it worked fine.

 

okay these steps really confused me...
what do you mean open the rom?
