So.....will the fix that cocolicous found work on mario and luigi?
Probably not since mario and luigi has like 20 aps but it's worth a try right?

My fix will work on R4i, I am not to sure about the rest though, someone test it, If you get stuck at the bed scene this should work.

it froze on day 12..on the mission with axel..and the solo mission mode also doesn't work, it freezes after the tutorial about the gateway thingy..

Have you tried to restart the game and does it freeze at the same point?

It also froze for me on day 12, I just finished it on the Japanese translated one then copied my save back to the english one, I am now on day 25, No problems since.

i'm not sure what version of supercard i use, but it works fiine with littlekil's patch.
i have been able to play until beast's castle already, it never freezes

For anyone using Acekard 2i with the official firmware, get the patched rom and then press and hold the A button while it is loading until the rom starts. This has worked every time for me.

so, on the R4i working perfectly without patching? i'm asking these cause i have on my mind to buy R4i gold. which version of R4i gold do you have? (v1.3 or 1.4)

there was never an axel mission on day 12 and im past it anyway im on day 14 AND ITS F*****G FROZEN FOR ME JUST AS I POSTED IT CAN YOU PLEASE POST YOURE JAP SAV COCOLICIOUS PLEASE?

Okay I'm on the R4 v1.18 and have downloaded the prepatched ROM listed on the first page several times.
It is still not working.
Freezes Black after I select the difficulty.

Anybody have any suggestions for me?

Do the manual hex patch. I and lots of other RomU members have proven this to be working.

to be honest, i thought to try and do that but i'm running a Mac and had trouble finding a hex editor for the mac.
perhaps i didn't try hard enough?

ME123 You dont need a jap save just rename your english sav to the same name as your Japanese game name. SO my english game is Kingdom H.nds and my save is Kingdom H.sav, My jap game is Kh JAP.nds and my save will be kh JAP.sav rename your english save to kh JAP.sav the saves work on the other region games.

I have walked into another freeze, as you begin your first mission in Agrabah. anyone have the same problem?

Using the fix posted earlier for the R4i, initially it froze on the first mission proper. Next time I tried I skipped the cutscene... crash.

Next time I skipped the cutscene but this time, I tapped start and pressed buttons - goes past that part I'll back up my save afterwards and post it if needs be.

What about the one that comes up when you google for 'hex editor for the mac'... took me to one straightaway that looks like it'll do the job.
