Okay, I have updated my firmware for my Acekard2i for my Nintendo DS Lite to 1.5. I have deleated my old files and have put the new files into my card. When I insert my card into my DS, and try to access my games folder, my Nintendo DS just froze; I couldn't even test out the Kingdom hearts game yet. Help please?

okay so I have an r4 with the latest ysmenu an suchwhat and the khu.ips patch isn't working. What do i do now?

I just beat the game.Great game.Works perfectly on R4! Lags on secand to last cutsceen in a part.

huh...thats odd (part with the cutscene) i got past that part on Acekard 2i with 1.5 Akaio and it didnt freeze or anything. Try repatching and try if you havnt already tryed, patching with Lunar ips then run the game and see if it still freezes(make sure u repatch using a clean KH rom) and the going back to title screen freezes on me too. Thats not that big of a deal but i'd still like to do that....oh well good luck

well i haven't tried patching because the post said it worked fine on akaio firmware without patching. il try re format like Anandjones said

DO you know how to update 1.5 and put it into the acekard2i? I tried to do it but it freezes when I try to open the game folder

i just basically downloaded the update and on the root of the sd card i placed the _aio folder to replace the existing one. and thats it worked for me

"thks" I gotta say, my question is in a vast hole with others Q., I will buy the game then ... it seems I waste money on R4. I have done every method on this thread , no one ones. Roxas wake from the bed FREEZES!, I use a save data... in day 9 or 10 FREEZE, I downloaded the auto patch the same... , manual hex edit : Freeze! I just wasted a day on this.

the clean rom doesnt work on my EDGE. Im downloading now the patched version then if it doesnt work ill try patching it manually.

Does anyone has successfully play this game on EDGE? Pls. reply. tnx.

i did still freezes, after xemmas and the blue haired guy are talking and roxas is in the bed, i passed the desert mission 5 times and every time it freezes at the end of that same cut scene

Man this is crazy it does nuthing but tease me. it simply goes all the way till the difficulty level and then stops directly after. i need to find out how to fix this problem. I have the acekard 2i.

Hi im new to this forum thing but yah i have the r4i and it does not work on it when i choose difculty it then goes to a completey black screen and never loads same for the missions can some help me i dont know what patching is and i am confused can someone please help

man, i have tried that with no luck it skips all the other cut scenes fine but whit this particular cut scene my screen jut goes black and freezes

Again, this is assuming you have an R4 Ultra flashcart, because this contains specific firmware
1) Download the AKAIO 1.4.1 Proper and R4 Ultra Kernel 1.54 from here : http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?b5kmnymkjkw (credit to whoever made the MF link)
2) Extract the contents of that archive into the root of the flashcart
3) Take the hex-cracked KH rom and put it where you normally put your games
4) When you start the flashcart up, instead of loading the game, load the akmenu4.nds file that you see in the root directory.
5) Run the game in this loader and it should run perfectly. Happy playing!

****This could potentially work on R4 cards that aren't Ultra, just instead of copying over the 1.54 kernel files, just transfer the __aio directory and the akmenu4.nds file to the root directory of your R4. I cannot confirm this as I cannot test it****
