Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days Oficial Game Thread

This is the only game I'm playing atm, enjoying so far.

Does anyone have any tips for the first coliseum mission where you break the barrels?, I can never get 150 and it's beginning to piss me off.

don't be, it's been pretty easy (maybe I speak too soon).
The one boss i've had any trouble with so far is the antlion, that was untill i realised you could hit the blocks back at it -_-.

Thats how kingdom hearts is.
For me, the only few things becoming slightly annoying are this scene, the "heh heh" voice recordings during that scene and roxas's emo diary >_<.

the game is just as addictive as always.

 

Bleah... I picked this up, and I'm not too sure what to think. I know I have so much further to go, but I'm finding it vastly difficult to just pick it up and play. I just can't muster the motivation to play it for long periods of time.
It's an average game, which warrants a little but of hype, but just lacks that... originality. It's like Kingdom Hearts 2 - VR Missions, for the DS, essentially. Good quality, but it just lacks groundbreaking content.

That said, I have a love/hate relationship with the panels system. I love that I can set exactly what I want to be capable of, and it can be applied throughout all the characters in mission mode. I hate how I'm limited by how much space I have, and how the new empty panel spaces are placed. We should be able to choose where additional slots are placed, so as to accommodate particular abilities. But that's life.

Overall opinion: Give it a shot. People who've played KH2 will have an easier time of it, but it may turn rather repetitive, and I'm not sure how much effect the difficulty levels have on actual gameplay. 6/10 from me, I'm sure others find it to be an exceptionally good game, but it just strikes me as a slightly watered down KH2 for DS.

hey guys ..new to this fourum. and to fourums in general. i fucking loved this game it was so fricken sweet. i downloaded to my cyclo ds and it worked no problem.

and people,here isnt the right place to ask if the rom is working or reporting if the rom is working, the right place is being indicated in the first post so read it.

 

I have just downloaded kingdom hearts and when i trie to play a holo-mision or start a story it turns black and freezes. Can anybody help

 

yeah, slots go wasted and the rate you obtain them is pretty slow.

maybe, but for a conversion to the ds it was done pretty well imo, the battling feels just fluent with no real slow downs.

I'm noticing things are getting harder up to the coliseum, certain enemies take over half your hp with one hit =/

i finished the game last night at 1am it is an friggin awesome game!!i love it and you can make roxas up to lvl 100 i think. i am lvl 63 atm

 

mmm ima start playing soon again. been watching anime all day

Whats soul of sora for? You can use him in mission mode? Where did you get it?

 

Just finished 358/2 days about 5 minutes ago... still don't know what was happening

 

Did you play the KH1 and 2? And also COM?

 

Yes, you can play as Sora
To unlock it, you need to finish all missions with gold.
Then you can buy it at the moogle shop.

 

Played some of each, but now I'm gonna download COM, and search around for 1 and 2.... I think I should have finished 1 before playing this, since this is what happens directly after Kingdom Hearts.... probably would have helped with the story a little

oh... and now I have to buy a PSP to play Birth By Sleep when it comes out...

 

Thats good, i do not have a psp to play birth by sleep... You should have finished playing at least kh 1 and COM. They help in understanding the story.

 

Yeah, they're good games. You'll have to play from the start to understand. v.v Also. I can't wait for Birth by Sleep to come out, that'll be immense
