As in GTA, i track down the hill's coordenates and pallet(just few know what pallet means in program way) and take you in to other pallet where the hill doesn't exist, so it makes it MY HILL

 

I nuke the old hill and build another from the rubble.

Since the hill is new and nobody else has it,

I use map editor and delete your hill, bringing back the hill that is actually my hill.

 

I use google sketch-up to draw some boulders and I drop them on the old hill, the hill becomes a mountain, I climb it and it becomes,

I put several C-4 on your mountain, then become a hill ( not habitated because you died in the explotion) then I climb the hill, and now it's my hill
