my friend got the disc error and he followed ur instructions, he has all the files in the ysmenu folder copeid into the root of the r4. but it still doesnt work.
plz help, can u upload ur entire r4 folder?

 

That is my ysmenu files it worked on every one else who had problems

it worked on mine, but these are the files he has in the root of the r4, ysmenu.arp ttmenu.dat ttmenu folder, ttmenu.sys, ysmenu.nds, ysmen.sav and ysmenu folder, he put those 2 first files(the dats) into the ttmenu folder but it still doesnt work.

 

What R4 dose he have a R4 original are R4 clone like SDHC type ?

 

origional r4 it says r4 revolution for ds

 

Do a full format of his microSD

Download one of the firmware from my page, Ysmenu for original R4 is recommended

And follow the steps hear from 2, you can use the images for a guild

EDIT: (Note) A R4 original can only handle a 2GB MicroSD chip , "Non sdhc", it will cause problems overwise

, Is it was errcode=-4 then the infolib.dat files was not updated, But now it is!

If errcode=-82 then a format with Panasonic SD Formatter

errcode=-5 the r4patch.dat is "not" the original one, the one in my download is the original r4patch.dat that's in the ttmenu folder

To the GBAtemp yes it supose to, bacause infolib.dat - speedup loading times + fix for booting passed errcode=-4 and extinfo.dat that have patch fixes for the game was fixed

I did not make the firmware , I just compiled it to use

I can not test this game as my nethu broke the arm9 wire for the top screen

The game was fixed in the last update, yes you can still use the last ysmenu

more diffrent games are in the new update, read the list of fixed games at filetrip for newer games
