I couldn't stop laughing after I've read bits of information about the upcoming 35th Super Sentai team, namely Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger

The basic premise of this series is that it uses the same story elements that Kamen Rider Decade & Ultraman Mebius has in that the new team of Rangers have the ability to summon (not confirmed of how exactly it works) the abilities & powers that the first 34 Ranger teams had & use these in combat. A hint at the Wikipedia article says that the series plot is....

So just like with Kamen Rider Decade & Ultraman Mebius, expect tons of crossover-esque events in every episode.

Now what made me laugh is that this team's motif or theme is Piracy, that is the Rangers are Pirates..

Add the word "Pirate" with how this teams abilities work....

And it kinda seems like Bandai & TV Asahi are giving a nod off to Media Piracy LOL!

good, i'm going to check it out later. hopefully they dont remove it before i watch it.

just watch it, the opening do seems like the starting of Kamen Rider Decade (and all kamen rider VS dai shocker movie, especially when all the super sentai is gather together), and the space battle seems like Voltron XD

anyway its pretty good, but i was expecting they are going to look for all the past super sentai's power... but seems they already all the past sentai's power. i wonder if they can control the old sentai's mecha as well.

i hope he upload episode 2 soon.

 

I was wondering about this too & thought that the treasure they were looking for were the other Sentai teams' powers.

According to several rumors, they will be able to integrate (use) parts of other Zords from other Sentai series with Galleon Robo. For example, I've heard it can interact with Dekaranger Red'S Patrol Car (S.P.D. Red's car).

already watch 1 & 2 ep. don't know whether it will bested shinken yet I am sure it will be better than gosei (those who watch super sentai will knows what I mean). sorry gosei, last year was pretty boring for me

anyway i really hate green ranger, he is more girly then Pink and Yellow ranger combined and kinda remind me of Luna Dopant -> OOO VS Luna Dopant

 

That Dragon featured in this latest episode was indeed the Dragon from Magirangers/Power Rangers Mystic Force but it was re-designed so it can be integrated into Gokai Oh as a power up.

As for Gokai Green, I think he's actually a gay (homosexual) character & no I'm not being homophobic here & in fact I think it's a good idea for Tokusatsu to introduce gay characters in their shows so as to break the stigma of homophobia but it's kinda annoying that their portrayal of gays is so stereotypical.

 

i wonder which sentai's zord are they going to unlock later.

same here, i have nothing against gay as well, but its annoying if they make them over reacted like the gokai green or the luna dopant...

 

The "Episode Spoiler/Preview" after the credits shows a Japanese warrior guy, so they might get either a Zord from Shinkenger, Hurricanger (Ninja Storm) or Kakuranger (lame alien rangers in Power Rangers).

According to some leaked toy box art photos (you can find these on Youtube) shows a Dinosaur zord silhouette in one of the boxes so that could come from Juurangers/ MMPR by the way, most people call them Zyuurangers because that's how the katakana is read, but if you think about it Juurangers makes sense if you expand it to "Jurassic Rangers" or Dinosaur team Rangers. But then again that dinosaur zord silhouette may be from a zord from Abarangers (Dino Thunder) as well.

Another leaked photo is the Red Deka patrol car or Red S.P.D. Ranger's car.
