Anyway, for those of you who don't know, Japan has sort of a modeling industry for girls. I swear there are even DVDs the sponsoring magazines release focusing on just one line or model. It may sound kinda creepy (DVD full of pictures and videos of cute, innocent, posing twelve-year-old girls for legal sale?), but considering how consumerist Japan is... Seriously. Over there, anything can be sold, even the most obscure of audio dramas, just because someone's favourite voice actor is in there.

 

Girls in Japan can get Idol modelling careers from the age of 10+, including underwear and beach shoots.

Anyway...

Normally Lolicons are only interested in 2D/loli and not interested in real life/3D, so I am surprised to see you actually say you like girls your age in real life. I am not judging you, this is just a niche subject and it is hard to talk about without being judgemental.

Okay, time to be blunt:

Masturbating to loli is lolicon and liking loli characters comes under the "Lolita Complex". This DOES however mirror Pedophilia (sexual urges towards minors) and Ephebophilia (I think this is the term for strong love for minors). It does NOT mean they go hand-in-hand.

So if you say you are a Lolicon, it means you are sexually interested in 2D minors (7-15) and not human/3D minors. I hope this helped people get a better understanding.

Oh and about the ban; it means EVERYTHING to do with people under age, as in characters from anime, hentai, games and also maybe live drama. I don't know about Idol modelling though.

I think the ban should go through. Loli is fucked up and my primary reason for hating anime, because whenever I think anime I now picture a sixteen year old in awkward sexual situations and its just...weird. Its very messed up and should be banned.
