u think that's bad. Psychonauts is 1 point freakin 5 megs.

that being said, will another 8mib memory card hold enough for the ratchet, jak and ff/dq series?

oh, sorry. I want only the 1st 3 ratchet/clanks and the 1st 3 jaks. Already have a save for jak number one on my current card.

    So, is this possible?

DQ 8 only has a save size of 178 kbs, so it should take up very little space. I can't speak for the rest of it. Also, Dragon Quest only has one PS2 game. For all the other PSX ones (of which there was only one or two), you'll need a PSX memory card (as it saves in blocks and not actual save sizes, you probably already knew that, but yeah). There was only one original Dragon Quest on the PSX at least.

There was also only one (worthwhile) FF game on the PS2. X-2 and XII both suck horribly.

    That's good enough. :)
I have more than that on my memcard.

Just saw that. One memory card should be plenty for all of those games.

    Aye.

I had 14 other games on my memcard besides those 6.

Most saves are relatively tiny, so it isn't very difficult to keep more than seven or eight games on a standard 8MB memory card. On my memory card, I easily have sixteen or seventeen game saves. These include three GTA games and a Ratchet game.

I have a few memory cards, but I have too many games to fit all of them on unfortunately...

I don't have Swap Magic or the means to block up my PS2 sensors yet, so I don't really have to worry about my memory.

    Haha!
If you do get it, then be prepared. ;)

I might look at getting that memory card that Catz linked to. 64MB is already amazing, plus, it has USB access so that I can dump saves onto the computer. At $40, it's cheaper than buying multiple 8MB memory cards.

    kay, thanks for the heads-up.

Then I'll be gettin an 8-megger.

I have about 20-so games so far on one card, i figure that two should hold everything.

I have a 32MB card with a USB port that allows me to offload saves onto a PC.

...link to ebay seller so I can buy?

Though the only decent memory card really is the official but tiny 8mb cards.

the resellers page is what you need, when they fix the sql error.

I trust the one the Topic Starter posted. The downside, however, is that you need to have a disc to access it. How do I know? I have a 8mb one. It's not just worth wasting your time just to access it though. Get something else.

    Isn't Memor32 a hack card? I already have a Swap Disc Set.

And with ULE you can copy saves to a big thumb/hard drive anyway...

you can install a firmware allowing it to play burned games, yes. But you don't have to.
