is my R4DS dying?

i cant find a cyclods or the other one, so i get another R4.....but it still got the game problem >.<

now i starting to think it wasnt my R4's fault......and now i got 2 r4

 

...i would say it's a slim chance..but it COULD be a fake kingston...have you tried another brand-shop...


Sometimes paying more for the same product means it may be safer...


Lucky here in australia, the only place that actually has cheap cards...are the one's you can't trust (markets, etc)...


Other than that, no clue ???

 

i do a quick test with megaman 3, it save perfectly afterward r4 load without problem, now i'm thinking it might be Pokemon Platinum's fault......man i wish i did this test before buying that r4......

 

...it's a shame you haven't many options, prehaps it's a problem with the r4 brand (ie you bought the same r4 twice...just been in box for awhile)


...Is there...any other cards you can buy-within your budget of course

i already search for like 20 shops, all of them sell R4DS, and only R4DS

edit: it seem its Pokemon Platinum's fault, my R4 wont load after loading the game, i wonder why, i mean i beat pokemon platinum in my r4 before my sd card got corrupted, it works fine.....

maybe i should try arm7 patching.

edit: even arm 7 patch doesnt work......

edit: it seem that R4 have moved from R4ds.com to R4li.com

i downloaded thier firmware 1.22 and it work! R4 no longer stuck after playing pokemon platinum XD

 

Nope, that's still an unofficial team that make updates to the firmware.

 

unofficial? hmm.... i guess its better then nothing.
