    yea i didnt believe it myself at first but it really does make a big difference.. i ran firefox on a 256mb RAM / 1.3ghz athlon/ nividia tnt2 / on win98 and i dropped it down to the "classic" skin and it worked fine..

    never heard of cometbird myself

    I took a look at the website and it pretty much copies everything from firefox. I had to uninstall Google Chrome, it started crashing a lot and started making my computer slow. I've not decided if I want Opera or Firefox again...but, I guess the only to really know it to keep trying different browsers till I get the right one my machine can handle.
