    Since no one provided a solid answer before, you're allowed to link to other sites provided they're not of the nasty or the pornographic nature(much to my chagrin at times...) and you can't link to other ROM sites that have the same things we do.

    Welcome, and judging from what I've seen thus far, I wouldn't really worry about getting banned too much.

    Also, I have no idea why this is locked.
