Use my Death Note and kill him.

 

Use my shaman powers to come back to life, then kill him.Then live in the Shaman Kingdom.

 

Come back as a Shinigami give him the Death Note.

I saw every Death Note episode, read the manga and saw the director's cut , where Light returns as a Shinigami.

Make a new rule; If you burn the Death Note you will die of a heart attack.
