    Before quoting lines by people i dont remember the names of answer these questions.

    Non-Insulting Questions
    Are you uncomfortable with yourself? [Looks/Weight/Mentality]
    (Hmm only one non-insult, hah.)
    Potentially Upsetting
    Are you a fat, lazy depressed loser-esque person?


    Ok so yeah uh, first off. Getting complacent with physical activity can cause depression.
    Im sure you already know that exercise releases endorphins which improve mood.

    Positive Imaging , for me was the key, it wasnt a huge like 200-300 lb drop for me i was 280, i went to 185 i fluctuate between 180-185.
    getting started is the hardest part. returning after getting chubbed, is even harder.

    Im getting bored now so ill just say the nike slogan. Just Do it! Fat ass.
