Hmm, I'm not so good with comedy manga, but Love Hina is ok.

 

"Yotsuba" and "Azumanga Daioh" always make me laugh no matter how many times I've read them.
"Ah! Itoshii no Banchosama" is funny too.

 

Bobobo-bo-bobobo. Pure random. and funny.

No really, 95% of the time the main characters are doing something completely unrelated to the task at hand.
And yet, it's all so funny!

 

Kids these days so confused as to what is actually funny, I blame family guy.
Try Sexy Commando, My Name is Zushio, Ghost Sweeper Mikami, Angel Denetsu (I loved that one),Seto no Hanayome, zach bell (if only for parco folgore and ponygon), franken fran, and bible black.
