To clarify, it's not because I'm not moving out just yet.

It's because we're not going to handle being in the same house for much longer.

I confess I stole a nice ring off a body during a viewing when I was 12. I thought I was in the money. Ring was fake. The fact I almost ripped the fellow's finger off was all too real.

 

I know where you're going, and I know why he and I don't get along very well. There are a lot of factors that need not be speculated on in a forum thread. We have a rather... complex relationship.

We are very similar people, in personality, intelligence and temperament. The nuances of these are different, since he's got 30 years on me and because I've been influenced in how I think and act by my mother as well, but it still stands that as he's been the primary male role model in my life for the last 19 years a lot of me comes from him.

I confess that I almost smoked some weed that was laced with dust. The dude asked me if I wanted to ' get wet'. He sold that weed to a tiny fellow, who then smoked it and went berserk smashing his face on the bare concrete. He couldn't be cuffed, due to swimming in a pool of his own blood.

Even when they cut the grass(this happened on a public road), it grew back red tinted the next time.

 

I confess I hate my life.

 

I confess that it seems everytime I post, I bring people down with me. That is something I really hate doing, so I do believe for awhile I won't be posting much.

If you're being sarcastic Finalmario, so be it. If you're not, why would you hate your life? You've got some years to change it bro. No need to burn yourself when you're not in a fire.

If you're still breathing, it can be changed. It's not controlled by events on a line in time, it's random loopholes weaved together like a blanket. you put the stitches in one by one. Think of it this way when you want to make a change.

 

I think a heck of a lot in social situations. I over-analyse, cut out most of the things I say, I never relax in them and I worry a lot. The more I like someone the worse it is, I'd probably be much better in conversations if I didn't worry but instead I just let it get awkward and stuff.. I have bad social anxiety, especially on the net... >_____<

Don't get me wrong, my Dad's a decent guy. I haven't had him beat the shit out of me or anything. He and I just don't get on particularly well in many situations.

 

You're not justifying anything to me. You're just stating facts. You and your dad will never be the buddy-buddy time that chums along and goes to clubs and drinks together. You are alike therefore he probably has an opinion on how you should run your life, and you have your own way of doing things. I do hope for his sake, he doesn't chase you off, only to one day regret it, try to find you to make it up, but find out you've either moved or the other.
If it's an issue of pride, where does pride get one? He never had to be your buddy, but to keep this residual friction around isn't helping things now is it. Try this. Move in with someone else for a few months if you can. See for yourself if he'll hold up without you around.


Even if you think I'm a quack, I will say this: Never leave any place in anger. if you do leave there, do so with a level head, and not out of bitterness or anger. That anger will follow you to the ends of the earth, a wound you'll never be able to close.
