    Well if Girogex has a registered business and he shows us something that proves of it's existance then that is some evidence

    I'll get the documents later as Sean has them at the moment and he's in France at some sort of Ubisoft conference.

    that site claims to be a registered agent of companies house, and yet companies house has no record of a company called 'Unorthodox creations ltd'. Plus, said site said the name is available.

    i still have the email confirming they registerd the company. I dont think they did.

    Have I Just wasted £74.99 ?

    I don't believe they did, given that they aren't a registered company either. Also registering a company costs £20, not £75. See here: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk//infoAndGuide/companyRegistration.shtml

    I would email companies house and ask if that site is legit, if not go to the police.

    My dad just told me that companies house do NOT have agents, so you got fleeced. Check with companies house anyway

    girogex, if you paid by credit card call your card company and report it as a fraudulent transaction. they might be able to recover your money.
