Hyperthreading!

    always AMD, they're less power hungry (and run cooler). They're also much cheaper and up until very recently were more powerful.

    Pls prove me if I'm right or wrong with my theory about overclocking the processor.
    Here is my side: You cannot overclocked the processor here in the Philippines by just using extra 2 or more fans for its cooling. If you want to overclock you need to use liquid cooling. Cause if its like 36 degrees Celsius for the temperature, even the air that goes to the cpu would be hot and it wont cool the thing.

    If your ambient temperature is high then you should really be using something other than air cooling anyway. For example, thermoelectric assisted liquid cooling, or phase change cooling. Aircooling will never get the temperature below ambient, so with high ambient you need something better. Overclocking DOES produce more heat, so yes cooling does need to be improved over stock.

    that's why you get good heat sinks, fans and liquid cooling

    heatsinks and fans are no help if the ambient temperature is high.
