i have often seen in GTS that most people are asking for Legenderies of Lv1-9 . but how can they be obtained , im sure you dont get any legenderies of level less that 20, and also that we cant breed them then how can we obtain them ??
I'd say anyone asking for those kind of 'poke spec' are jokers, just ignore their ridiculous requests. As you might already know; 1. Legendary and Mythical Pokemon are non-bredable 2. Only 1 encounter per game (unless generated using cheats) 3. Even if anyone can find more than 1, they are usually of high level 4. Some are event distributed pokemon or given through in-game exchange or a single in-game roaming pokemon 5.
