How to catch Latios?

when you're already in latios/latias area, use sweet scent to make it come to you, use mean look to prevent it from running away, then paralyze it or make it sleeps, then do some damage,,, it's not really hard to catch,, and it doesn't really need a special ball, i caught it with great ball,,,
