I'm anti social, however I learnt how to talk to people thanks to my experience in retail, I can't be anti social when talking to customers now can I?

Sure, you'd get alot of people who'd make you want to knock them the fuck out, but it's the happy friendly ones that you'd enjoy, and if things take too long ie in fast food waiting for food to come, or in a supermarket waiting for a price check, start a chat.

I made a mother of 2 have a deep conversation about the nintendo ds (I was amazed!) and a grouch discuss how money pinching the supermarkets are...just smile and nod if you don't understand them and join in when you do.

Retail isn't for everyone, but the only way to last 5 months is to jump into the deep end.
