There was a site idea but it is refused. Because you can sell them or better said: ABUSE!!!!!!!!!

If this site implemented a give points to others type idea. It would be so abused to no end. Just use your mind, people would make dummy accounts to amass points, they'd sell points, and gamble them. Just too much to go wrong for it to work, one bad apple, would ruin the whole thing for those that really wanted to give others points.
